2. Application Scope
This policy applies to PixPuzzle, including Android, future iOS versions, the PixPuzzle backend, and PixPuzzle support pages on www.mintiusgames.com.
Other Mintius Games products may have separate privacy notices.
3. Data We May Process
Account and identity data: player display name, sign-in provider identifiers, and email information when a player chooses Google Sign-In or another supported account flow.
Game progress data: levels, achievements, rewards, cloud-save state, leaderboard scores, and gameplay events.
Device and technical data: device platform, app version, approximate diagnostics, IP-derived security metadata, and request timestamps.
Photo and media data: PixPuzzle may access photos selected by the player to create puzzles. Selected photos are processed for gameplay. Photos are not used for unrelated advertising purposes by Mintius Games.
Advertising data: Google AdMob and related Google services may process advertising identifiers, consent status, ad impressions, and fraud-prevention signals according to Google's policies.
Support data: information submitted through contact or data deletion forms, including name, email, message, player identifier, and request details.

Photo library permissions are requested so the player can choose images and save completed puzzle results when supported.
Audio or notification permissions may be requested for game sound, reminders, or platform features. Players can change permissions in device settings.

Game progress and account records are retained while the account or player profile remains active, unless deletion is requested or a longer period is required by law.
Support and data deletion requests are retained for a reasonable period to document the request and our response.
Technical logs are retained for security, diagnostics, and abuse-prevention purposes for limited periods.

Players can request deletion of PixPuzzle account and game data at https://www.mintiusgames.com/pixpuzzle/data-deletion.
We may ask for enough information to verify and locate the account or player profile before deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
10. Children and Age-Appropriate Use
PixPuzzle is designed as a casual game experience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age required by applicable law without required consent.
